Sandy Oaks RV Resort is a year round resort located in Citrus County, west central Florida in the small picturesque community of Beverly Hills. Our RV park is conveniently located between Inverness,

Crystal River, and Dunnellon, only 30 minutes from Ocala and one and half hours from either Orlando and Tampa.

Sandy Oaks is a roomy, quiet RV Resort sitting on 40 acres with 48 active full hookup sites. Enjoy our 3200 sq. ft. clubhouse with big screen TV, large fireplace and kitchen. A brand new large heated pool is adjacent to the clubhouse with over 5000 sq. ft. of furnished sun deck surrounding the pool and clubhouse.

We are approximately 70 feet above sea level with no standing water even in rainy season. NO no-see-umms, you can’t see them we don’t have umm enjoy sitting out at night without the bite.

150 NEW large RV sites are in development 50 to be completed for the 08/09 season. Our new sites will accommodate the biggest of rigs with 20/30/50 amp electrical service. 35 will be long pull thru sites. For your safety we have 24/7 video security surveillance in common areas.

The natural wonders of Florida’s Nature Coast offer an abundance of recreational opportunities. We are just minutes to shopping, dining and golf. Over 20 golf courses reside within 30 minutes drive including four ranked among the top 100 in the nation by Golf Digest magazine. We are adjacent to Florida's longest paved trail the 46-mile Withlacoochee Trail, available for your biking, jogging, walking, and rollerblading pleasure. Just a short drive away in Crystal River, explore the many specialty shops and antique stores, as well as the Crystal River Mall. Fishing and boating are popular pastimes here, so traverse the Crystal or Homosassa Rivers for tranquility and a return to nature.
Since Citrus County is located on the west coast of the state, be sure to head to the Gulf of Mexico, where you too can perhaps join the ranks who have caught world-record sized tarpon. The Chain of Lakes near Inverness links several large lakes into a continuous body of water more than 20 miles in length.
