SANDY OAKS RV PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
5 or 6-Month Guests If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel at least:

• 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date, full deposit/last month refund, less $25 Admin Fee.
• Anything less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, forfeiture of deposit/last month.

Any 5 or 6-month guest leaving prior to end date of reservation will be charged pro rated amount for the time stayed equal to the published monthly rate for the time stayed, and forfeiture of deposit/last month.

* Cancellation of reservation must be done either by email or in writing.

** If cancellation is done by phone, it must be a minimum of 60 days prior to scheduled arrival; and a follow up either by email or a written letter within five days of the phone conversation is required. The email or postage date is not to be less than 55 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Short Term Guests
Any stay less than 5 Months If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel at least:

• 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date, full deposit refund, less $25 Admin Fee.
• 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date, 50% deposit refund, less $25 Admin Fee.
• Less than 30 days, forfeiture of deposit.
• Late arrival or early departure does not change financial obligation to reservation dates.

** If cancellation is done by phone, it must be a minimum of 60 or 30 days (respective to above policy) prior to scheduled arrival; and a follow up by either email or a written letter within five days of the phone conversation is required. The email or postage date is not to be less than 55 or 25 days prior to scheduled arrival date (also respective to the above policy).
