Sandy Oaks RV Resort sits on 40 acres. We have 150 existing sites and 10 park model rentals there is a mobile home section consisting of 36 lots. All existing development is on 20 acres with the new RV section being developed on the remaining 20 acres. Phase one of our new RV Resort is in development and new sites will be available 2010-2011 season.
